DWS Arknet

On the DWS Arknet Arkansas website, the official site of the Department of Workforce Services, residents of the state that are seeking to file for weekly unemployment insurance benefits are given a pin number that is used to log into the site so that they can file claims.  Users of the DWS Arknet Arkansas site need to also insert their birth date and their social security number so that they can gain access to the file claiming area.  Users are then given a period of fifteen minutes time to insert the necessary information in order to file for their claim each week.  The program automatically logs the user off after fifteen minutes time.  If automatically logged off the user will have to reenter his or her pin information, social security number, and date of birth to gain reentry.
